Spring Leadership Conference
The Spring Leadership Conference (SLC) is held annually and at least 45 days prior to the National Leadership Conference.

Institute For Leaders
The Institute for Leaders (IFL) is the organizational and leadership training session for state and local chapter officers, members, and advisers. Held in conjunction with the National Leadership Conference, this training conference prepares student leaders and members to assume their elected responsibilities and develop valuable life skills.
National Leadership Conference
The National Leadership Conference (NLC) concludes the year's activities and sets the stage for the upcoming school year. The NLC is held each summer in a major American city. PBL members and advisers participate in business-related and leadership development workshops, tour business and corporate facilities, participate in a mini-walk to raise money for the March of Dimes, our national partner, elect national officers, and participate in national competitive events.

State Fall Leadership Conference
The State Fall Leadership Conference (SFLC) is held annually prior to November 30th. The date and location is determined by the Executive Council.

National Fall Leadership Conference
Students and advisers participate in motivational general sessions and professional development and career planning workshops. For many PBL members, the National Fall Leadership Conferences (NFLCs) are a convenient and affordable way to experience much of the education and excitement of an NLC.
